Are you driven, have strong communication skills and an eye for detail? Vortex is looking for a proactive and representative Office Manager who is good at organizing. In this versatile role, you will provide direct support to the managing partners and our team. With your business attitude and structured, accurate working method, you will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Preferably, you have several years of experience in a secretarial role in a business-to-business environment. Together with our team, we work with inspiring entrepreneurs and ambitious management teams to realize growth ambitions and further strengthen companies.
Our office manager:
- Manages the agenda of the (Managing) Partners
- Supports with the organization of meetings and events
- Receives guests and is the host at appointments and meetings
- Supporting role in HR (keeping files up-to-date, registering employees)
- Is responsible for various office management tasks (organizing office lunch, purchasing office supplies)
- Helps (together with the entire team) to make the office a pleasant workplace for everyone
What do you bring:
- A higher professional education (a completed ‘HBO’ is preferred)
- Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- HR experience is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
