Role description:
As a technical intern you will work closely with our highly experienced internal CTO Dalip Dewan (former CTO of Visma), supporting our investment team in various aspects of a transaction process, including but not limited to technical due diligence. Moreover, you will be actively engaged with our portfolio companies to support them with the development and execution of the (technical) value creation plan. Highlights:
- Join our team as integral member for 3-6 months
- Work 1-on-1 with our internal CTO Dalip Dewan for close guidance and mentoring
- Support with the acquisition of new companies and perform technical due diligences
- Support our portfolio companies in making the right business evaluations and decisions about technology, amongst others in the following areas: Enterprise Architecture; Technology renewal; Efficient DC management and deployment; Security and other non-functional areas; IT strategy and platform choices/ migrations; Technology trends
Who we are looking for:
- You have strong affinity with technology and tech-enabled businesses
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
- You combine strong analytical, social and communication skills
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You have a computer science or software engineering university degree
- You are available full-time for 3 to 6 consecutive months (flexible starting date)
