Kitry attracts Vortex Capital Partners as strategic partner

Antwerp, 29 March 2022 – Kitry Group (Kitry), the leading provider of SaaS-based Occupational Health and Safety management software solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with  Vortex Capital Partners (Vortex). The strategic investment will allow Kitry to accelerate its business through a combination of commercial expansion and further international roll-out and intensified product development to further substantiate the ‘Kitry as a Service’ product offering.
 
Kitry develops, implements, and manages software solutions in the field of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). The software helps companies to monitor and sustain the wellbeing of their employees. As part of its strategy to become a pureplay SaaS vendor, Kitry has developed a user-friendly SaaS based platform in the growing EHS niche, providing their clients all necessary tools to meet and maintain the ISO 45001-certificate. As a result of the growing awareness about the physical and mental wellbeing and safety of employees, Kitry is experiencing a much stronger demand for its innovative solutions, both from local organizations and international companies in, among other countries, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

Kitry works for more than 100 customers including blue chip companies and public players, and operates in multiple sectors including health care, chemistry, finance, production, and the government. Kitry’s management is convinced that Vortex is well equipped to support the business in achieving its growth ambitions going forward.
