Five Arrows Growth Capital acquires portfolio company KidsKonnect

Haarlem, 15th of December 2021 – Vortex Capital Partners and BB Capital Investments have successfully completed the sale of market leading software provider KidsKonnect to Five Arrows Growth Capital
 
KidsKonnect is the market leading childcare software provider that offers solutions for daycare centres, out-of-school care, childminder organizations and primary education centers. Today KidsKonnect serves more than one million children in the Netherlands and Belgium via its integrated platform.
 
During the partnership, KidsKonnect successfully grew recurring revenue from three million euros in 2018 to twenty million euros in 2021, through a combination of organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions. KidsKonnect is one of the largest and fastest growing software development companies in the Netherlands, with over 150 employees.
 
Five Arrows Growth Capital will support Peter Baars (CEO) and the KidsKonnect team to further invest in providing innovative software solutions for childcare organisations in the Netherlands and in Belgium while leveraging its strong industry network to expand into other European markets.
 
Five Arrows Growth Capital (FAGC) is part of the European private equity arm of Rothschild & Co’s Merchant Banking business.
