Two add-on acquisitions by Tritel-Fieber

Portfolio company Tritel-Fieber has acquired two telecom & IT service providers: Datel Access and Penzias.
 
The acquisition of these companies fits in the buy&build strategy of Tritel-Fieber, in which it incorporates existing customers bases and services them from one efficient backbone.
 
Datel Access is a telecom service provider based in Bussum with a diverse SME customer base, including several hospitals. Penzias is a telecom service provider with a focus on providing VoIP & internet services to business center customers.
